Villa Timanfaya is a beautiful 4 bedroomed villa set in the sought-after area of Montana Roja just a short walk from the famous Papagayo beach in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. With a large heated pool and fabulous outdoor space, this is the perfect holiday villa for families and groups of friends.

A pretty walkway, decorated with Bougainvillea leads you to the upper floor of Villa Timanfaya where 4 lovingly decorated bedrooms are. 2 kingsize bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms and french windows with views of the ocean, lead onto an extensive upper terrace. Overlooking the pool and with one of the villa's stunning outdoor dining areas, this is the perfect place to catch the sunrise with a coffee or enjoy early evening drinks together.

Staying on the upper floor, there are two pretty twin bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms. Each bedroom is air-conditioned to keep you cool on those famous Lanzarote summer nights. Highlighting their love for Playa Blanca, bedrooms each take a name of one of the owners' favourite places.

Downstairs you’ll find the heart of this wonderful villa. A large, open-plan living & dining space where huge sliding doors bring light into the villa and lead out onto a patio with a Bbq for lazy al-fresco lunches and sunshine-filled evenings filled with laughter and new memories.
The kitchen area is spacious with an island for sociable cooking! There’s everything a budding chef could ask for from a dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave, hob, and all the classic kitchen essentials… including a coffee machine!

L-shaped leather sofas, high-speed WiFi, and a wide-screen Tv complete with all your favourites, make this Playa Blanca villa a home-from-home in the stunning Canarian sunshine.

Make your way outside and you’re greeted with a shaded dining area and pool table. Gated steps lead you into a stunning outdoor heated pool surrounded by sunbeds. You’ll instantly relax in the sunshine and families will love playing in the pool together!

Downstairs is an additional guest toilet and utility laundry room with a washing machine.
