    This delightful villa, complete with a luxurious hot tub jacuzzi, provides a tranquil retreat ideal for the whole family. Designed with an open-plan layout, the property is tastefully furnished in a contemporary style and thoughtfully equipped to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.

    Situated in a peaceful residential area, Casa Couture is within a pleasant 10-15 minute walk of local amenities, including both the Super Dino and British supermarkets. The famous Marina Rubicón in Playa Blanca is approximately a 20-minute stroll away, where you can enjoy a superb selection of restaurants and bars set against the backdrop of stylish yachts and a vibrant waterfront atmosphere.

    Inside, the villa has air-conditioning (coin-operated) in the lounge and all bedrooms to ensure a comfortable environment throughout. The bright, open-plan lounge provides a great space to unwind, featuring a comfortable sofa, two chairs, and a TV with a huge range of channels available via internet TV. The kitchen is well-equipped, including a dishwasher in the utility area.

    The villa offers three well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The remaining two twin bedrooms share a modern bathroom, also equipped with a walk-in shower.

    Outside, Casa Couture enjoys partial sea views across the ocean towards the Marina. The 7 x 3.5 metre saltwater swimming pool is electrically heated and accessed via ladder steps. A high-quality jacuzzi hot tub provides the ultimate spot to relax and enjoy the year-round warm Lanzarote climate. Pool towels are provided for your convenience.
