VILLA VINCENT is located in Las Colorados, arguably the most exclusive residential area of Playa Blanca in the south of the beautiful lava island of Lanzarote. It features a very large, private, chemical-free heated pool with a salt-water system—gentle on the skin—and built-in platforms for sitting and lounging. A shaded outdoor dining area, covered by a pergola, and a chill lounge in front of the brick barbecue complete the perfect terrace. From here, you’ll enjoy a stunning ocean view that stretches all the way to Fuerteventura on a clear day. This exclusive villa was completely gutted and renovated in December 2021 and has been exclusively and modernly furnished by an interior designer. The interior features two beautiful bedrooms with air conditioning and heating, equipped with extra-comfortable mattresses and mattress toppers. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom; the other’s bathroom is located directly across the hall. The bathrooms feature walk-in, extra-large showers and spacious vanities with state-of-the-art fixtures. A hair dryer and a flat iron/curling iron are provided. An utility room with a high-quality washing machine and dryer is also available. The brand-new open-concept designer kitchen, featuring a large cooking island and a retractable range hood, is equipped with high-quality appliances from premium German manufacturers—including a large refrigerator, microwave, induction stove, and dishwasher—offering everything a cook’s heart desires. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine and everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. A beautiful dining room with designer wallpaper and a modern dining table is right next door. In the living room, you can relax comfortably on the large sofa or in the cosy recliner. Air conditioning and heating are available. The 62-inch smart TV with satellite reception offers hundreds of international channels, and you can, of course, also watch Netflix and other streaming services. There is a second TV in the master bedroom. High-speed internet and Wi-Fi are available and can be used free of charge. A nice workspace with a printer can serve as your home office here. The nearest supermarket is 300 metres away. There are a few recommended restaurants, bars, and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. The nearby beaches in Playa Blanca are among the most beautiful on the island. Playa Flamingo, right in the heart of Playa Blanca, is convenient and offers a variety of restaurants along a long beach promenade. If you prefer a more natural setting, the famous Playa Papagayo—just a short distance away—is the place for you. With its small, gorgeous sandy coves, it’s a protected nature reserve, and I’ve never seen it crowded. A small restaurant perched on a cliff there offers unforgettable panoramic views and sunsets while you enjoy a delicious sundowner. The nearby port of Puerto Rubicon also invites you to linger with its boutiques, restaurants, and bars. I’d be happy to give you some tips! If you’re the active type, the island is ideal for your hobbies. There are wonderful hiking and biking trails all over the island. Diving, snorkelling, and all kinds of water sports (surfing, kitesurfing, fishing, and motorboating) are available. For golfers, there are two beautiful golf courses available. I prefer the one located near Puerto del Carmen, about a 30-minute drive away, which will also appeal to more discerning golfers. A holiday on this beautiful Canary Island offers plenty of variety, but if desired, it’s also perfect for complete relaxation and “unwinding from the stress of everyday life.
