Great villa, great location
Superb location, away from the main tourist centre but still with enough life to be enjoyable. Excellent choice of local restaurants or a short walk to the marina with additional options. Honourable mention to local restaurant Casa Carlos - we discovered it on our last week and visited 3 times, it is that good! :) We really liked the BBQ at the property and pool to cool off in. The villa is well equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable holiday. Two supermarkets within 5mins walk. We had a great family trip and Leonora was extremely helpful in all contact that we had. We plan to return!

Lovely villa on the sea. Everything you need. Lots of space, storage, great BBQ etc. Great views and easy access to beach and beach walk way. Great supermarkets nearby. We loved staying here and are highly likely to return. Thank you

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem Haus sehr genossen. Es fehlt an nichts, besonders die Ausstattung der Küche ist -verglichen mit meinen bisherigen Erfahrungen - sehr positiv hervorzuheben. Es ist alles vorhanden und auch in einem Zustand, dass man es gerne benutzt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und der Ablauf bei Ankunft und Abreise waren einwandfrei. Herzlichen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Große Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick
Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Kindern 4 Jahre und 7 Monate alt. Den Mietwagen konnten wir vor der Tür parken. Die Ferienwohnung liegt ebenerdig und konnte mit dem Kinderwagen mühelos befahren werden. Essen war innen und auf der Terrasse problemlos und mit großartiger Aussicht möglich. Die Küche war komplett eingerichtet. Der Geschirrspüler funktionierte nicht, das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Für das Baby war ein Hochstuhl und Kinderbett vorhanden. Das Kinderbett haben wir in das zweite Bad gestellt, so hatten beide Kinder ihr eigenes Zimmer! ;) Der Pool ist eine Gefahr für kleine Kinder. Wir haben immer besonders aufgepasst wenn die Kinder draußen waren! Uns hat die Ferienwohnung gut gefallen, deshalb können wir sie unbedingt weiterempfehlen.

Wunderbarer, erholsamer Urlaub.
Wir haben im Oktober 2 wunderbar entspannte Wochen in der Villa 31 verbracht. Das Haus ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist sehr sauber, wunderbar offen und luftig. Ein kleines Problem mit dem Fernseher wurde von Rosa und Leonor zeitnah gelöst. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt und lud immer zu einer Erfrischung ein. Besonders der Blick aufs Meer von der Terasse, aber noch besser vom Balkon aus war Entspannung pur. Ein paar kleine Anmerkungen liebe Leonor, ein Sonnenschutz für Balkon und Terasse hat uns gefehlt und eine bequeme Sitzmöglickeit auf dem Balkon haben wir sehr vermisst. Der Balkon lud zu entspannten Stunden am abend ein, die Stühle leider nicht. Die Ausstattung im Haus und in der Küche sind okay, könnten aber auch überprüft und aufgestockt werden. Die Weingläser haben wir schon mal aufgestockt:) Wir waren trotz der kleinen Schönheitsfehler sehr zufrieden und können das Haus zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen.

Schönes, geschmackvolles Haus
Wir, 3 Personen, hatten das Haus im August für 10 Tage gemietet. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, grosszügige Raumaufteilung, wie auch auf den Fotos abgebildet. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und das Haus genossen. Lage ist sehr gut. Gute Kommunikation mit den Betreuern vor Ort, die auch in Anspruch genommen werde musste, da es Probleme mit Kakerlaken gab. Es wurde sofort gehandelt und ein Kammerjäger beauftragt. Seitens der Eigentümerin wurde alles nötige veranlasst. Wir haben es jedoch vorgezogen, am vierten Tag in ein Hotel umzuziehen, woran sich Frau Ramos auch finanziell beteiligte. Dafür möchte ich mich herzlich bedanken. Wir können das Haus weiterempfehlen, da dieses Problem, wohl zum ersten Mal aufgetreten war und sich sofort darum gekümmert wurde.

Im Großen und Ganzen sehr schön
Wir waren 11 Tage in der Villa 31. Die Buchung und Abwicklung lief sehr entspannt und gut mit Frau Ramos Carballo. Rosa und ihr Mann haben uns vor Ort gut betreut, also alles spitze. Die Villa 31 liegt im unteren Teil der Anlage und somit direkt an der Straße. Wir haben den Lärm und den Verkehr echt unterschätzt. Leider werden die Parkplätze vor dem Haus oft und gerne von Bussen und LKW als "Wartebereich" bei laufendem Motor genutzt. Die Linienbusse 2 mal am Tag sind kein Problem, die Busse für das Hotel um die Ecke schon eher. Was uns definitiv gestört hat war dass gegenüber am Hotel morgens ab 07.00 Uhr gefühlt Hunderte von Glasflaschen in Containern entsorgt wurden. Und jeder der vorbei kommt guckt in den Garten, weil die Villa 31 eine der wenigen ist die einen einsehbaren Garten haben. Ansonsten ist sie echt toll ausgestattet. In der Küche alles was man als Selbstversorger braucht. Bei mehr als 3 Leuten wird es im Wohnzimmer schwierig mit dem "rumgammeln", aber meistens ist man ja eh draussen. Das Duschbadezimmer und die Aussenwand am Esszimmer haben leider jetzt irgendwann einen deftigen Wasserschaden mitbekommen. Badezimmer groß eines mit Duschwanne und eines mit Dusche. Beide Schlafzimmer ausreichend groß, uns war das Bett deutlich zu weich, aber das ist ja Geschmacksache. Wir waren gerne da, würden allerdings wegen der Lage nicht noch mal die Villa 31 buchen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, perfekte und ruhige Lage
Unsere Familie (4 Erwachsene) hat zwei Wochen im dem sehr schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Besonders gut hat uns die Terrasse mit dem Pool, den Liegenstühlen und der Sitzecke gefallen. Wir haben jeden Tag im Außenkamin gegrillt oder in der Küche (mit Backofen und Ceranfeld) gekocht. Küche und Wohnzimmer sind sehr geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Oben gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem bequemen Doppelbett und 2 Bädern. Da wir geflogen sind, waren wir froh, dass von Bettwäsche, Handtücher fürs Bad und Strand, bis zu Küchentüchern alles vorhanden war. Die Lage ist ideal am Ende der Strandpromenade, auf der man bis zum neuen Sport-Hafen und weiter bis Playa Blanca laufen kann. In der anderen Richtung ist man in 15 - 30 Minuten zu Fuß an den Papagayo Stränden, wohin wir fast jeden Tag zum Schwimmen gegangen sind. Der Kontakt zu Frau Ramos Carballo war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Auf Lanzarote hat ihr Team Rosa und ihr Mann sich sehr gut um die Wohnung und den Pool gekümmert. Bei kleineren Problemen wie z. B. kaputte Kaffeemaschine waren sie der Ansprechpartner und sorgten sofort für Ersatz. Muchas gracias. Wir können das Haus 100 % weiterempfehlen und würden das Haus bei einem Lanzaroteurlaub auch jederzeit wieder buchen.
