Spectacular Villa el Pescador with Wi-Fi, Terraces and Pool

In the quiet fishing village of Playa Quemada in Yaiza on Lanzarote, Villa el Pescador welcomes you and takes your breath away with its spectacular location. The numerous bays with black sand, strolls along the coast of the village and the restaurants with sea views make this place very popular for visitors who prefer a more natural and quiet atmosphere. The modern holiday home, located directly at the seafront, consists of a living/dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds, the other with a queen-size bed), and a bathroom, thus accommodating 4 people. Further amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a fireplace, a television, a washing machine and dryer, and a high chair for children. The villa boasts an impressive outdoor area including 2 furnished terraces (open and covered) and a large saltwater pool. Freshen up here on hot days and enjoy the breathtaking sea views. The next bigger town Puerto Calero is about 9 km away from the property and can be reached by car in 10 minutes. Here you will find several famous cafés and restaurants, which are very popular among Lanzaroteños, as well as the nearest supermarket. There are also many hiking trails nearby where you can enjoy the fascinating landscape of Lanzarote.

A villa with the wow factor

Pros: The sea front location is outstanding and the outside seating area makes the most of the view. The pool looks great although the water was very cold and therefore only used on the very hottest of days. The loungers were very comfortable. The villa inside is very spacious. Cons: The restaurant next door can be noisy during the afternoons, particularly at weekends, which tends to ruin what would otherwise be the perfect location. It is unusual not to have a toaster in the kitchen, but the grill in the oven gives the same end result. The wi-fi was intermittent at times, which hampered the wife’s need to work remotely.

Great view, a lot of space, private situation at the pool, good wifi, mobile heating for the really cold evenings Poor equipment in the kitchen (plates, cups, bowls ...); one had to run the dishwasher every day); doors in- house could hardly be closed, because they totally scratched on the floor; doors and windows to the outside also old and untight: during a storm two doors slammed open, we had to build barricades with tables and chairs to keep them closed; the rain poured through leaks in the window frames.

Pros: Die Villa hat einen sehr schönen großen Salzwasserpool mit einer perfekten Aussicht auf den Atlantik. Der gesamte Außenbereich und die Terrasse sind großzügig geschnitten Sitzmöbel und Liegen sind vorhanden. Die Villa ist gut eingerichtet, uns hat es an nichts gemangelt. Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal hier und bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal. Wir wurden mit kleinen Gastgeschenken empfangen. Der Check Check in verlief absolut unproblematisch. Wir hatten sehr netten Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber Pepe.

Without a doubt the best villa I've ever rented on holiday. Literally at the sea, swimming pool, next to a very good fish restaurant, the owner is incredibly friendly,...I can't wait to go back!
