Situated in the exclusive Montana Roja, the villa has magnificent views to sea and Fuerteventura, is a mere 15 minutes walk to the beautiful, sandy beach at Playa Flamingo, or 15 minute walk into the town centre with its wonderful shops, cafes and restaurants. Magnificently equipped with everything possibly provided to maximise the enjoyment of your holiday. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully fitted modern kitchen, spacious lounge with UK Satellite TV with all UK channels including BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5,WI FI internet, video, DVD, Hi-Fi, and patio doors from lounge leading to a heated pool with Roman steps for easy access, sunbathing terraces, sunbeds, umbrellas and patio furniture. COMMUNITY RULES We live on a Residential Site which has its own Community Rules. Whilst staying at this villa please ensure that you abide by the following rule with regards to noise to respect our resident neighbors : There is to be no noise between the hours of 23.00 and 09.00 and also try to keep the noise down between the hours of 15.00 and 17.00 (they like their Siestas!). VILLA RULES Please ensure that you treat the villa and its contents with respect. We appreciate accidents can happen, so if anything gets broken during your stay please let us know as soon as possible so that we can ensure that it can be replaced/fixed. It is your responsibility to remove the rubbish from the villa Please ensure that you leave the villa at 10am on your day of departure, to ensure that we can prepare it for the next guests arrival. Please do not feed the cats, and PLEASE, PLEASE do not allow them in the villa – the next guests may be allergic! Please do not smoke in the villa, feel free to smoke outside on the terrace. Lovely spacious villa

This was a lovely spacious and clean villa in an ideal location with a small residential complex. Only 10-15 walk from village centre. Small supermarket 2 min walk. Kids loved the heated pool which was sheltered by large wall and bushes. There was plenty of room around the pool for relaxing and we had breakfast and lunch there most days. We had a hired car which we could park inside the locked gates. Would definitely recommend this villa to families and groups.

Christmas 2019

We stayed for 2 weeks over Christmas. John the owner was very helpful throughout the process. Outside area was fantastic, pool was great and the bar area an added bonus. Inside the property is pleasant and ideal for a family with smaller children (ours are 20 & 17, ) space for a car on the property and if you want to walk, it's a good 15 minute walk to the sea front. Overall a nice stay.

Great Villa & Fantastic holiday

Villa lazydays

This is a pleasant villa in a wonderful resort that we have visited many times. It is extremely good value for money without in any way being substandard. the furnishings are sensible and functional and the villa has the benefit of a reasonable selection of television stations and extremely good WiFi connections. The pool and patio area are well maintained and generous. They benefit from having sunshine all of the day, something that cannot be said for everywhere in Playa Blanca. Access to the town is an easy walk, in or out. A taxi costs roughly 3 euros. However, if you want to stay in there are ample facilities for home cooking. We had a wonderfully relaxing time in the sunshine in late October. Lazydays is well named.

Very Nice

As the title says Very Nice , we had a great stay at villa Lazy Days . The villa was nice and clean as was the pool , John & Sue Looked after us i would just like to say Thanks once again we had a Great Time Thank You
