Villa Naya is a modern semi-detached villa with inviting interiors and a spacious terrace. Located in the popular Playa Blanca resort, only few minutes’ drive from Dorada Beach with its golden sands, Villa Naya provides stunning mountain views. A short 15-minute walk leads you to the stylish and stunning Marina Rubicon, home to some charming restaurants bars and shops. The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms and offers a warm, bright homely feel. Outside, the large private pool and terrace is the perfect place to enjoy your relaxing moments. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/ heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Villa Naya is located in a suburban area just off Avenida De Papagayo, and is only a 15-minute stroll from the picturesque Marina Rubicon. Explore various local shops, bustling bars, and welcoming restaurants. The golden sands of Dorada Beach is only few minutes’ drive away and Playa Blanca resort centre is just a 10 minute drive from the villa, where you can indulge in a number of shops and eateries, as well as a popular, small beach.
