This stylish modern villa in the sort after area of La Goleta is perfect for couples/families. There is plenty of outdoor space, all with fantastic views of Fuerteventura, Montana Roja, the lighthouse & Atlantic ocean. Also a new roof terrace to experience those amazing views. A hot-tub & various outdoor seating areas, with good outdoor lighting for evenings relaxing in the warm Lanzarote weather. Also a BBQ area to enjoy outdoor dining
Bespoke indoor decor with porcelain tiled floors and bathrooms. There are 3 sets of patio doors, all with exceptional vistas. A good selection of bars, restaurants,and supermarkets wothin walkomg distance. Also, there are many beaches from 1-5 miles away. There is a large communal pool only for use of owners or guests ( so very private ).
