Villa Perla is a bright, modern villa with contemporary furnishings thoughtfully placed by the owner offering Solmar guests the ideal villa holiday experience. Set over two levels, the ground floor consists of an open planned lounge with dining facilities and a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a twin bedroom and a double bedroom both sharing a family bathroom. Upstairs, you will discover a further double bedroom with a bathroom ensuite and a private terrace with views over of the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. All the bedrooms come with air-conditioning included for your comfort and WiFi is available throughout the villa. 
Patio doors from the living area lead out to your outdoor living space, two set sunbeds are in the corner of the plot and sunbeds placed perfectly around your private freeform swimming pool (heating included between November and April) with a separate shallower section separated by columns. A pergola is set to the side of the villa giving additional shade for those wanting to escape the Canarian sunshine and the villa also comes equipped with a pool table and table tennis for family and friends to enjoy throughout your holiday. 
Faro Park is within a 5 minute walk and offers a small selection of amenities including restaurants, bars and a small supermarket. The main resort of Playa Blanca is easily accessed in a 5 minute drive.
