Villa Sundar is a modern 4 bedroom property with inviting interiors and a spacious outdoor terrace. Only 5 minutes’ walk to a restaurant and mini market, the villa is conveniently located to offer you comfort while being close to the hustle bustle of the centre. The villa includes a bright living space, contemporary bedrooms and large outside space with a private pool to cool off in the heat. Located in the popular resort of Playa Blanca, there's a good choice of shops, bars and restaurants, as well as the beach, just 5 minutes away by car. The fashionable Rubicon Marina, with plenty of shops is also less than a 10 minute drive from the villa. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

Villa Sundar is ideally located to give you an authentic taste of the wonderful Lanzarote! The beautiful Playa Flamingo Beach is just 5 minutes' drive away, where you can enjoy the beautiful beach and quiet waters, along with a host of bars and restaurants. The resort centre of Playa Blanca, as well as the chic Rubicon Marina, are also just 5 minutes’ drive away, with the popular Playa Blanca and Playa Dorada beaches providing great spots to relax, with their golden sand, skirted by palm trees, and plenty of shops and eateries at Rubicon Marina where you can experience the culture. If you’d like to go further afield, why not visit the Timanfaya National Park with its dramatic landscapes, a 20 minute drive away, or hop on a ferry to nearby Fuerteventura.

La casa no está a la altura de las expectativas, la limpieza mediocre ya que la cocina no estaba bien, además ollas y sartenes para poder cocinar estaban desgastada,lo quitaron y no lo pusieron de vuelta, nos quejamos de alguna cositas más y la verdad vinieron a arreglar en seguida . Falta jabón y esponja para limpiar lavavajillas, un recogedor y un cubo para la limpieza diaria, bien el espacio afuera limpio y organizado
