"フロントスタッフの方々は感じが良く、ホテルもお城の目の前で絶景でした。 ただ、朝食だけが非常に残念でした。 食事の種類の少なさや、味は仕方ないにしても接客態度は良く無いと思います。 朝7時過ぎにもかかわらず食器が常に揃っていないため、盛り付けに困る人が多発してました 食器がないことを伝え持ってきてもらっても、はいって渡されたビックリです。 若い女性が多いのでビジネスマナーもないのかと思いきや、四十代くらいの女性も同じ感じでホテルの質を下げるので朝食スタッフのマナー教室をされた方が良いと思います。 人手不足なのだとしたら、土日だけでも増やされた方が良いと思います。 他の方々の接客等が良くても、チェックアウト前の朝食でテンションが下がったので非常に残念でした。"

"部屋はとても広く快適です。カンターが長いので、荷物を置くのにも便利でした。ソファーとテーブルがあるのもくつろぐのにちょうど良かったです。"
