"I like you veything . I have lots of difficultés in comuniation and I arrive to the wrong place and no way to get I. Touch with no body, till one of the guess in that location was very helpful and get i. "This property was a treat to stay in, especially for the price. The traditional futons made for a quiet, relaxing evening before a busy day of touring Fujiyoshida. I was a huge fan of the wood floor bathroom and wooden bathtub as well. I would recommend spring or summer stays, as the traditional construction means it will be quite cold in the winter, but it was a lovely stay and I would recommend this to anyone visiting Mt. Fuji."

"Rooms are very clean. Amenities are adequate. Above all the place is in an environment where ait quality is superb and hot springs are everywhere! Mt. Fuji is about 50 kilometers away and you can see it from a couple of train ride stops away whether permitting. On the other hand for customers with a certain age you may need to be prepared for slope climbing. "Nice hotel, room is small, not as big as it looks in the photos, the toilet area is tiny. Beds were big and comfortable though, we had the twin room, very quiet in the evening. We were on HB, breakfast and dinner were lovely, plenty of food, tasty. Private in-room hot spring was really good for us, as we were conscious about using the public one. The location is little bit out of the main towns but I would stay here again."

"This historic hotel is a place to rest and rejuvenate. The spa is wonderful and the onsen lets you clear the toxins from your body. The beautiful gardens are calming and peaceful. Don’t forget to feed the koi!! All meals are beautifully presented and delicious, from lunch overlooking the garden to a multiple course western breakfast. Dinner at the Cascade was fabulous. I highly recommend this hotel! It is a luxurious treat!"

"The Onsen (hot spring facilities) was fantastic, especially after a long journey. Breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent. Mostly Japanese food but there are a few choices for those who don't like Japanese food. For me, the meals were great. Sushi, Sashimi, lots of different choices. A true test of Japan. Never had the same thing twice as there were too many choices. Not to mention they had beer, sake and some other alcohols available as part of the buffet. Didn't see anyone abusing the access which is good. The only thing to mention is if you are traveling from Tokyo and are returning there, it would be good to only take a smaller portion of your belongings (send your larger cases to your next hotel) as the rooms are not equipped with closets or drawers so you will be living out of your suitcase. Really wasn't a problem with our two large suitcases. Nice walking path in the back of the facility. Strongly recommend taking a taxi or uber from the train station with your suitcases. We road the bus there which was standing room only along a a very twisty mountain road, OVERALL - WONDERFULL"
