"It was a pleasure stay for 9 days.. the are is very convenient, easy access to MTR. Lots of dining options near the area. Hotel service was excellent. People in the front desk was very helpful and friendly "

"Location is excellent. Can walk to subway stations within 5 minutes. Room is clean but moist. You have to turn on the aircon for 24 hours to get your bed feels dry enough to sleep into. Amenities are a little bit old but still in good enough condition. Good for what you've paid for."

"we both have sore knees, we found difficult when going up the stairs in the main entrance of the hotel. I suggest to put a handrail there to help "

"I was disappointed that the toilet seat was not clean. Also, the seat was toward one side. No hand towel or face towel, only bath towels are provided. Need to go buy a face towel to clean face. Overall, the stay was good but it can be better such as adding another hook for hanging clothes."

"All staff are friendly and helpful. Response for help is quick. All amenities are in good condition. The comfort of the bed is specially good, very suitable for me."

Entrance is difficult to find (not labeled), and even during the designated check-in hours, the staff do not answer the door bell and are difficult to get ahold of to actually get inside the hotel. Once inside however, everything is great. The room is very clean. Bed was very comfortable, and linens/pillows were of a nice quality."

"The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the subway, shopping and dinning. The room is small, as are most Hong Kong hotels, but sufficient for two people. There were a couple of English channels on TV. Some of the staff did struggle with English though. "
