"Stunning views, excellent staffing and fabulous breakfast buffet. This is a beautiful hotel in a wonderful location and adjacent to Elements Shopping Mall. The reception area is on the 103rd floor. "

"The hotel does not look like the photos and is on the run down side for the price paid. I was given ‘disposable’ towels, essentially large paper towels to dry off. This was not a good experience. The gentleman working the front desk was very kind though."

"I had to spend a night in Hong Kong unexpectedly. I chose this hotel because it was a short walk from West Kowloon rail station. It was definitely the worst hotel I’ve stayed in many years. The room was tiny (especially the bathroom, which was basically a shower stall) and shabby and smelled of cigarettes. The bed was so hard that I had to check to see if it actually had a mattress. But the sheets were clean, the AC worked, and, since I was just there to sleep, it was, in the end, fine. "
