"The only comment about the stay was the pick-up service at Izu-kogen Station "

"My family of 3 stayed two nights at Hinodeya and it was a wonderful experience all around! This was our first visit to the Izu-Penninsula and we had such a great time. The owner and staff were so kind and accommodating, truly good spirits in this generational owned ryokan. The baths were very relaxing, the entire place was very clean and good spirits all around. If you’re looking for a family run experience vs. a corporate hotel, I highly suggest staying. Also, their massage chair is...

"とても親切にして下さいました。ありがとうございました。"

"Wonderful host!"

"We stayed for one night at this hotel - it was fantastic. One of the best features is that it is up in the hills close to the chairlift site up to the volcanic cone. It is also far away from the very touristy coastal region and nestling in some very expensive privately owned homes, which were very pleasant to drive around. There is nobody staffing the hotel but checking in was a breeze as they communicated very clearly with us by messaging. We turned up and our room was open with the key inside....

"駐車場は通路、エレベーターがない。ですが部屋はキレイ食事も美味しくでくつろげました！"

"Excellent for dogs and staff were very accomodating. We had an amazing stay!"

"Superb space, serene. Impeccable service from hotel reception staff. "

"Kitchen was very well-equipped, with a lovely big fridge. Appreciate the laundry machine available. Older place so a bit worn and dusty in places. Very spacious - yet somewhat awkward for just relaxing in. Single beds were not comfortable so we placed tri-fold mattresses on top. Orange duvet covers not a pleasant material to touch. We could not get hot water in the tub so we're not able to enjoy it! Air conditioning was good! Nice neighborhood. Lovely plants and birds just outside!"

"這間溫泉飯店有非常好的團隊，服務良好。早晚餐CP 值超高。溫泉品質ㄧ流。 值得再次光臨。"

"I love locations, outside bathtubs, kitchen, all the bedrooms, everything was perfect!! Definitely we will back this room!! "

"Great hotel, not loads to do in surrounding area but good for a spa retreat"

"犬連れにはとても良いホテルでした。スタッフは海外の方が殆どでしたがとても丁寧で、とても良かったです。食事もボリューム満点でコスパも良い。"

"The hotel shuttle was very convenient, the food was very good, and we had tempura, which is one of the best in Japan ."

"good but old facility"

"The room was very spacious, clean and new. I just wish they had cutlery and some cooking utensils, as they have a full kitchen. The onsen facilities are very good, and they also have sauna. The hotel is beautiful and the views fantastic. There is not public transportation to reach the hotel."

"Incredible stay with excellent service. The breakfast was amazing - so well made and you can feel the love of the chef putting together. Rooms were comfortable and so cute! Loved the onsen (hot spring) tub on the balcony and spacious room with great amenities. It was a whole experience type of stay, above and beyond our expectations in beautiful Izu Kogen surrounded in nature. Family ran in the best way possible. Highly recommend!"

"The property manager and his wife were so helpful and friendly. The private onsen in the room was a bonus. We had a wonderful stay."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was very clean, spacious and confortable. The Onsen was relaxing and hotel stuffs were friendly. We will certain revisit next time."
