"First of all, the staff are wonderful. From the quick check in, polite greeting whenever returning to the hotel, the service at the roof top bar, to the arrangement of a trip to Ninh Binh, and a airport pick up, the service was exceptional. The location itself is great as there is plenty to eat and lots of great little boutique stores around the hotel. There is also a Viettel and HSBC atm about a 5 minute walk from the hotel so it's convenient to grab a SIM and cash at the start of your stay. The hotel and rooms are on the smaller side but that's part of the charm, and the rooms are clean, and beds are comfortable. The roof top bar is a great way to finish the day, relaxing with a drink and enjoying the view of the city. I really enjoyed my stay. Highly recommend!"

"We had the pleasure of staying at the hotel and dining here recently, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. A special mention must go to Mr Phong, Jason, Anthony, Liam, and Carti, whose service was truly outstanding. Their attention to detail, warm hospitality, and engaging conversation made us feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for throughout our visit. The food was excellent—beautifully prepared, full of flavour, and presented with real attention to quality. Every dish we had was enjoyable and exceeded expectations. The hotel itself was equally impressive, with well-maintained amenities, clean and comfortable spaces, and a very relaxing atmosphere. Everything felt thoughtfully designed to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, we are extremely grateful for the experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. A true credit to the entire team and their commitment to excellent service and hospitality."

"When we checked in the room seemed normal however when we checked the bed the pillows had blood stains on it and blankets had lots of hair in it. The staff was apologetic and replaced the pillows and blanket which was also stained. The staff tried to contact management multiple times with no response which is unacceptable. We checked out on the first thing in the morning in our 3 day trip in which management hasn't offered any resolution or compensation. Would not recommend this hotel"
