"The room is nice. We got the loft, if you have young children or older people. The stairs are very steep and hard to get to upper bunk. It also kind of feel claustrophobic staying on the upper bunk area. Regular rooms are nicer"

"While the hotel is located in a busy neighborhood, once you step inside the facility, there is a sense of calmness. You are made to feel safe and relaxed. We used their sauna while we were there. It was a relaxing private experience. We really enjoyed it. The staff went out of their ways to make us feel comfortable. It was like going to a spa. Our room was spacious for our family of four. Besides two large beds, there was a sitting area with a sofa and a coffee station. There was no closet, but there was a coat rack. I think that space could be better utilized by turning it into a closet for luggage storage. The washroom was of a good size. The decor was minimalist. I don’t know if it was intentional, but the shower curtain was a little short, and there was no curbs to the shower, so every time someone showered, the whole washroom floor got wet. Also, the sinks were quite small, in relation to the rest of the room. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel’s location. The staff were friendly and welcoming, we had a good experience."

"Overall, my stay went pretty well. The staff was very accommodating, and they always have at least one English-speaking staff member present. The room was generally clean. There were a couple of stains present on the carpet, but my room was spotless besides that. One thing that I disliked was the fact that bath clothes weren't already present in the room. Instead, they're sold at the amenities station, albeit at a low cost. I didn't try their breakfast, but it did smell pretty good."
