"Friendly staff and clean amenities "

"We had a lovely room overlooking the river. Everywhere in the hotel was spotless and the decor was up to date. Only slight quibble was the shower over the bath which was dated but produced hot water. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast selection was good with English breakfast cooked well. The lounge was a lovely room to have a drin as it overlooked the river. I would definitely recommend this independently run hotel "
