    Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair. Welcome pack. . Enclosed back garden with garden furniture. Hot tub for 4 (private). 1 small dog welcome. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. This stylish, three-bedroom house is located on the outskirts of York city centre. The house contains a generous living space downstairs which offers ample seating and bright modern décor throughout. There is a Smart TV, perfect to sit and enjoy your favourite programme after a long day exploring York. The next room offers a separate dining area, whilst the kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you would need.

    Upstairs you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms, each offering hotel quality linen. This property is family friendly and provides a travel cot and highchair. There is a spacious garden area with outdoor seating, and a hot tub under cover!

    The property is located a 10-minute walk from the famous city walls, and only a 15-minute walk from the heart of the ancient city of York. Regular buses also stop nearby, including the Coast Liner that runs both to the coast and Leeds city centre. There is also small supermarket close by and a larger one just a short drive away.
