Surrounded by the North York Moors National Park, this 200-year-old, detached, traditional Yorkshire cottage, which was fully refurbished and extended in 2020, is simply delightful. Tiggywinkle Cottage was named by a walker during the 1950s who took time to sit and draw the property. The villagers fell in love with the name and so it remains, along with the original pencil sketch which now hangs within the cottage.

It's a lovely cottage in a stunning location.
It's a lovely cottage in a stunning location. Really cosy, and sofa and beds are very comfy. Loved sitting outside in the sun in the mornings, listening to the birds. The pub next is wonderful, with a roaring fire in the bar. We had a gorgeous sunday roast there and it's very dog friendly.
