"One King West is a hidden gem in the downtown area of Toronto. We could easily walk to Union Station, the theatre and there were many good restaurants nearby. A great spot for a getaway weekend!"

"Staff were excellent. The continental breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The variety of food options were above what I would expect. Housekeeping staff were exceptional, ensuring we had clean towels, the bed was made and the water and coffee refilled. We were thrilled with the service. "

"Liked the hotel however when we asked to have a late check out, just one hour, we were told it would cost $25. They were not even full the next day because we asked. Just thought for the price that we paid for a room we could have had an extra hour!"

"We had a great stay. Beds were very comfortable. Our room was one of the older ones and my only complaint would be the size of the bathroom. Staff was lovely and when we requested a fridge for our room they were obliging. We would stay here again. "
