Staff were very polite and helpful. They spoke great English and were very accommodating. The amenities were very nice and convenient. The location is very good and close to different interesting points of interest. It is also in a quiet area. Public transportation is a close walk.

Location is great.
After daily housekeeping, room still didn't seem clean - dirt on the floor.
Breakfast has not much variety.
Hotel not very responsive during chats via booking platform.
Highlighted warning messages when doing laundry but was told by staff to just ignore. Thankfully the washing machine still worked for me throughout the stay.

Clean room and the layout of room is considered spacious in Japan. Friendly and helpful staffs. We like that the hotel have coin laundry machines with dryer are available. Close to train station, convenient access.
