"Xcaret was an experience. the property is massive and even if you're planning to partake in all of the all-fun-inclusive park activities, you should take a day to explore the hotel's property. Because there are so many employees, there were some crossed wires with "

"Resort very clean, nice and all staff worked very hard. Our door lock malfunctioned a few times during our stay and I didn’t love that the king bed had a split mattress but no other complaints."

"Great food variety, great drinks. attentive staff, many options for amusement or relaxation! Clean room with good housekeeping. A very nice beach as well. Will absolutely be going back. "

"Room was very clean, including the bathroom. They came and cleaned everyday. Pool was great! Beach view was amazing! Staff gave me the run around for a refund that was owed to me. Transportation, laundry and restaurant reservation services weren’t clear either. Overall was good though. Also they never explained how to turn on the lights, we had to figure that out ourselves."
