"Excellent location, has a free shuttle to different places and train stations in kawaguchiko and it is next to the bus stop connecting to other cities like tokyo. Great restaurants and has nice view of Mt Fuji"

"I booked two twin rooms. One room was lovely with a beautiful view over the lake. The other room was like being in a closet! It had one tiny window and was old and tired and was situated at the back of the hotel. I complained but was told the hotel was fully booked. Although when I offered to pay more suddenly a room became available! Disappointing! "

"Great view and spacious room. It was the biggest room of our trip though the fuji room is outdated compared to the one with a private bath and mountain view. Bath tube is small for bigger Americans but public baths are nice and makes up for it. "

"We had a large room with a beautiful lake view! Great amenities and Oncen (indoor and outdoor) friendly staff and very good breakfast. Highly recommended. "

"We had the pleasure of staying at the Fuji Premium Resort for 10 nights. The room was very spacious and in a quiet part of the Kawaguchiko area. The hotel provided regular shuttle service to and from key points in town so we did not miss having a car rental. The buffet breakfast was very good with numerous options. The best part of this hotel though is the friendly and super helpful staff. We hope to return sooner than later 😁"
