The hotel was excellent. It was lovely and clean, aswell as being very comfortable. It was lovely and warm too.
The staff were excellent and very helpful if you needed anything.
Would highly recommend this hotel, it was only a short 7/10 minute walk to the Christmas Market too. The location is great and everything is within walking distance.

The only problem with the room was that the AC was too cold, and when we tried to get it hot, it wouldn’t stay at the temperature we wanted. A bit of a shame, but otherwise good hotel.

The room was really really warm, ac was disabled so we was unable to cool it down. The ac fan made this terrible clicking noice when it was on. Room needed a bit of maintainer attention, and the bedding felt like staying under plastic sheets, it had no breathability, just made you sweat
