Very spacious apartment in close proximity to many restaurants and shopping. Small but private garage so you don’t have to worry about street parking.

The staff was not readily available to show us how to open the apartment. The lock was hard to figure out and we couldn’t find the place because it wasn’t clearly marked. The instructions were not clear either. The apartment number was hidden. The area was dark, dreary and smelled like mildew. The facility felt very institutional....would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

Large apartment in central location

The apartment is huge and very well located. It feels a lot like you’re a guest in someone’s home, as it is a full size apartment - with full kitchen, separate toilet and living area. The apartment was clean but a little tired in places, overall good though. There was very little noise from the city which was strange but welcome! It’s very modern and trendy with a rain shower and stylish fixtures. The directions from the agency however are a bit useless - it’s best to ignore them and instead look at the map on hotels.com as the pinpoint is more accurate. The apartment is not in the square as the instructions suggest, but down the side street - if you are facing the theatre you should turn right down the side street, you will see numbers 1, 2 and 3 on the buildings on the left hand side of the street, but no 4. Skip past the building next to 3 (which you would expect to be 4?!), past the open alleyway and go to the next set of double doors which opens (with your key) on to a covered alleyway (“corridor” in agency instructions is miseleading - its an outdoor alley and you don’t enter a main building). At the end is a 2 storey building (not 1 storey!), head up the stairs to the top and the apartment is the left hand door, with a small “check in point” sticker on the door. Hopefully this is more helpful as we spent a long time looking for the entrance and couldn’t get through to the agency to help us!

Good apartment, beware of parking and temperature

While the apartment was lovely, comfortable, modern, clean and quiet, I have to mention that there is no on-site parking as described in the ad. I had to pay for street parking and barely got an apology for this from the check-in person. Additionally, the apartment was fairly cold, which I liked for sleeping, but beware if you're sensitive to temperature. Otherwise, lovely place downtown with plenty of room, quiet, and comfy

Great apartment in central area of Zagreb. Situated in courtyard of old downtown building. Garage to park your rental car in was a must in Zagreb. Overall I recommend.

Location is very good but hard to find even after typing in address in the GPS. Communication and check-in process through Check-in Point's apartment management is less than ideal. No communication, open first at 12 for processing, difficult to find parking around this office. Apartment itself is OK, but supplies are limited or none. For example, 2 toilet paper rolls, no tissue or paper tower were provided.

Wonderful place

This is a very neat and spacious place. We loved the furniture. The main bed was very comfortable. We also liked that we parked our car in actual garage. The building is dilapidated from outside, but that didn't matter to us.

Secure and convenient choice in central Zagreb.

Good location, about 15-min walk to the center of town. Very secure, inside a courtyard with a gate. Spacious rooms. A little hard to find, and the directions given by the agency (you need to check in at a different site) were not quite accurate.

In transito a Zagabria abbiamo optato per un appuntamento indipendente. Ritirate le chiavi e ricevute le istruzioni necessarie, molto complete e dettagliate, ci siamo recati all’indirizzo indicato. Anche se l’edificio avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione, l’appartamento era in ottimo stato, in una zona centrale della città, con tutto a portata di mano. Con un interessante rapporto qualità prezzo.

Bel appartement

Très bel appartement, bien situé. La devanture et les appartements de la cour intérieure ne payent pas trop de mine mais l'intérieur est très bien agencé et moderne. Très bien situé également pour visiter les principaux intérêts de la ville (15-20min à pied au maximum). Pas très facile à trouver cependant, et l'entrée pour accéder à la cour intérieure et au garage est assez étroite pour une grande voiture.

The best place so far in my entire trip in Europe. Great location, ultra spacious aparrment, extremely comfortable, complete kitchen with pan, pots, utensils, bowls, etc. Good shower and amenities.

일단 체크인 하는 곳과 숙소가 멀고 숙소인 건물 찾기가 너무 힘들었어요. 외관에 비해 내부는 정말 깔끔합니다. 위치도 광장과 멀지 않아 좋습니다. It is hard to find the location of accomdation. And the distance between check in office and the accomodation somewhat far. It take 10 min to get there, if you don't have a car you would have some problem to bring your luggage. And the entrance of accomosation hard to find because there is no sign. But the room was very clean and cozy.
