Our Apartment comes with a free, private parking spot in the garage of the building .
Apartment offer one king size bed and 1 very comfortable extendable king size sofa, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, free WiFi, TV , sheets and towels.
We welcome you with fresh fruits, coffee and tee for your first day.
The apartment is located in central Zagreb, only 1500 m from the main square (Square of Ban Jelacic), walking distance from the main coach and train stations and the market.
Public transport (a tram stop) is 2 min walk from the apartment.
The hosts are at the your disposal every day, to provide you with any needed information and help needed, in order to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The hosts speak both, Croatian and English.
The apartment is in a newly constructed building in a quiet street, it's a cosy and comfortable, newly refurbished . The cafes, supermarkets and the market with fresh fruits and vegetables are at arms length, and the street is filled with greenery.
Public transport is 2 minutes walk from the apartment, and the main Zagreb coach station and the train station are also within walking distance (5 min and 10 min respectively). The airport is about 15 min drive from the apartment. The guests can also enjoy riding bikes around the neighbourhood and to downtown Zagreb, as the whole area is equipped with cycling lanes.

Gut eingerichtete, zentrumsnahe Stadtwohnung, aber mit Café-Bar direkt vor dem Wohnzimmerfenster

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses mit privatem Tiefgaragenplatz und mit Café-Bar direkt vor dem Wohnzimmerfenster. Hierdurch kommt es zu Lärm- und Geruchsbelästigung (u.a. Zigarettenrauch). Das Gebäude und die Wohnung sind entgegen der Beschreibung nicht neu, sondern teilrenoviert. Alles ist gepfegt und sauber. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.
