"Incredible staff! Everyone was so helpful and willing to assist, from pre arrival arrangements and holding luggage to guidance around postal system and local recommendations and tips. Everyone was warm and professional and set the bar for service! The room was very well equipped, comfortable and was the perfect home base for my 8 day stay. Location is fantastic. Minutes away from the JR station to get into Tokyo proper in around 20 min, Yokohama in under 15c and down to Enoshima/Kamakura in less than 1/2 the time from Tokyo! Additionally having amenities and local attractions and shops all around make it a hard to top option! Highly recommended!"
