Villa Daphne Zakynthos

A stunning Villa with breathtaking sea views in one of Zakynthos' most sought after areas , Akrotiri. Set in a beautiful quiet location amongst the olive groves with panoramic views of Kefalonia & mainland Greece . The property is in an ideal location just 10 minutes drive from the main town and 5 minutes from the lovely sandy beach & resort of Tsilivi. Newly refurbished S'17/18

The space
Set over 3 floors with steps leading to main entrance on 1st floor . Accommodation comprises an open plan kitchen / breakfast area with panoramic window over the pool and towards the sea. Feature arch through to living room with double patio doors opening onto large shaded veranda with views over the Ionian Sea . Cloakroom / Wc. Internal stairs down to basement which comprises a utility area ( Washing machine ,Ironing board, Iron ) & large games / chill out room as well as the Basement studio ( Double bedroom , shower, kitchenette ) which also be accessed via external stairs. The 2nd floor consists of 3 bedrooms , a spacious master bedroom with kingsize bed, walk in wardrobe area and ensuite shower room . There are 2 further bedrooms - 1 x twin , 1 x double and a family bathroom with bath & overhead shower. All these bedrooms have double patio doors opening onto spacious covered veranda with amazing views on 2 sides .
Outdoor area - enclosed grounds with natural stone walls , double entrance gates and car port . Large private pool and surrounding patio, sunloungers & deck chairs plus shaded pergola and traditional & gas bbq.

Vacation in zakynthos

Jacky was always available and helpful. The home was wonderful - spacious, fully equipped. Location was close to all our relatives and all the places we wanted to visit. The pool was enjoyed by all of us. We visit zakynthos often and hope to stay at villa Daphne again and again!
