Sin embargo, aclarar que la plaza de garaje es muy estrecha por lo que te ves obligado a maniobrar mucho para entrar a la plaza y algo que nos desagradó considerablemente es que cuando uno alquila la vivienda en base a la ocupación (4 personas) luego existe un suplemento de 10€/ persona día por ocupante, me explico, cuando se reservó la vivienda se hizo porque era para 4 personas, a la hora de reservar por torpeza se puso sólo un ocupante, cuándo se quiso...

"The place is so welcoming that I nearly extended my stay. It is also very quiet. In fact, I hardly met any of the neighbours. The only reason this did not materialise is that I have other commitments back home. I think the place is a magnet. I shall always go back whenever I get the chance."

"Gerko was fantastic and super accommodating. He helped us out immensely in some problems we had I would recommend staying with him again anytime. And there’s a van tastic bar across the street with great little food and drinks that I would recommend."

"This bright, well lit, and well equipped apartment uses the available space wisely. Lots of light from big windows, kitchen big enough for small table to eat, small desk in living room and ample closet space! Somewhat noisy at night due to inner court yard and strangers ringing door bell excessively one night. Can be a shoddy neighborhood at night, but no problem during daylight hours. "A two bedroom/shower roomed apartment, spacious and well presented. It is very convenient for the old town, city transport systems and the lovely river walks. Overall it was clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Anyone booking the property needs to have access to WhatsApp as this is the method of communication and the means by which access to the apartment is gained using an electronic key.
