"Room was downgraded without an notice, message or automatic refund of difference in rate. More importantly the room which I was assigned on the app & still registered on their system was occupied by someone else. The PIN was assigned back to the original room because it was showing as empty on their system. When trying the door it was deadbolted from the inside by 2 female guests. If they hadn't had dead bolted the room, then that would be a potential security issue. Was told the property was at full occupancy that day, so what should have been a room with 2 separate beds (1 bed & 1 sofa bed) ended up with 1 bed & 1 person having to sleep on the floor. The Numa staff tried to help via whatsapp, but it took over an hour to sort something out. This was more of an issue as I'd we'd been travelling for 6 hrs & only arrived at the hotel at 23:00. Was assigned the original room on the last days of the weekend stay. This will be my first & last experience of using a booking where there is no staff at the property."

"The hotel is comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. This is an older building though so the facilities are not the most modern. Also the hotel is a bit removed from the central station area, in an enclave and so it was challenging to find closeby restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Keep this in mind if you prefer to be more centrally located."

"The rooms themselves were fine. However, when we arrived, there was no air conditioning during a very hot string of days. The check in staff did not seem to know how to fix it, and they said that it may not be fixed for a few days! When I contacted the manager, at the staff's request, she never responded back!! After a warm night, we talked to a new hotel staff person who said the fix was actually quite simple and he had the air conditioning up and running in about 15 minutes. Why this problem, which affected many people in the hotel, could not have been resolved right away is beyond me. The manager was clearly unable or unwilling to deal with hotel problems."

"The hotel is in an excellent location, few minutes walk from the train station and close to the main attractions. The property is well maintained, clean and welcoming.Our room was small, but practical.Beautiful view on the street side rooms.The reception is on the 6th floor with the reception and breakfast area and a terrace. Luggage lockers are also available for no extra charge. Highly recommend to stay here."
