"I was pleasantly surprised as to the cleanliness of the hotel room and the hotel as a whole on the downside I guess the only thing I would say is it's really kind of basic you got a bed, a TV, small desk and a chair there's no hair dryer or iron in the room I would only imagine you could've called the front desk and have gotten one which I did not"

"We had an excellent stay. This house is in a quiet neighborhood and has plenty of room for a couple or small family. The wireless internet is fast with a strong signal throughout the house. There is a big back yard with many nice plantings. We were only there a few days and experienced no problems. The host provided everything we needed for the stay (towels, paper products, coffee, etc.) We mostly ate out but noticed that there were plenty of cooking utensils pots and pans etc. The HVAC controls were easy to use. The TV in the front parlor had all the streaming services available plus live channels. There is a very comfortable second seating area (family room) in the back of the house with a fireplace and comfy chairs for reading and relaxing. Dowtown Mt Dora is only 7 minutes away, very easy to get to. All three bedrooms have comfortable queen beds and clothing storage (dressers or armoires). We would definitely stay here again. "
