nice property, and good hospitality, except that there was no Expedia VIP access upgrade (which is fine as that’s not mandatory), but there was no choice of floor even for the property category we booked without upgrade.

From the friendly check-in with Kathy, the parking right in front of the room, the meticulous cleanliness of the room and bathroom, and the easy and quick check-out, everything was excellent.
