Clean room, lovely staff, great food at the restaurant, service 100%

This property was the perfect place for our family. The staff were amazing. The breakfast was sooo good.

This was a great place to stay in Mostar. It is just outside of old town and close to the bridge that will give you an amazing view of the Mostar bridge. The staff were the nicest we’ve come across on our travels. While the room was small, it was very clean and had everything we needed. Parking was right next door.

Rooms were large and the hotel had almost every convenience. But small things were off. The kettle did not have a plug point to plug it into where it was placed near the TV. The TV had a Google TV operating system that had not been set up. The bathroom had a box for facial tissue but it was not real facial tissue but rather was the type of paper used in airport bathrooms to dry your hands. But the hotel staff were lovely and the room was climate-controlled, clean and very comfortable. The hotel also had free secure underground parking. So we were quite happy.
