We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The room was very clean and had a beautiful view of the mountain. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring. Felt like a real home away from home! Would definitely recommend.

This is one of the worst hotel I have been to in a long time, Hotel is very old and not well maintained. Our room washbasin was cracked, windows were old, and floor tiles were cracked. The breakfast was terrible, and eating facility was not very clean. Laundry was broken. I would not recommend anyone to stay here, unless you are used to a 2 star hotel. There is no decent place to sit and spend time with family in the hotel, we had to go out to a coffee shot to sit and talk. The location is good, right across from the Gondolla, but everything else is poor. Avoid this hotel.

The hotel is not as clean or nice as it appears in the photos, and the facilities themselves feel quite outdated. Additionally, smoking seems to be allowed throughout the property, and there was a strong smell of tobacco in the room. While the staff are generally friendly, the overall quality of the facilities is not very satisfactory. In particular, I would not recommend this hotel for families with children. Furthermore, the travel package services offered in the hotel lobby seemed questionable and potentially misleading, so I would advise caution before considering them. 写真ほど綺麗ではなく、施設自体もかなり古い印象です。 また、館内は全面的に喫煙可能なようで、部屋にもタバコの匂いが強く残っていました。 スタッフの対応は比較的親切ですが、施設面の満足度はあまり高くありません。特に、小さなお子様連れのご家族にはあまり向いていないと感じます。 さらに、ホテルロビーで案内されている旅行ガイド付きパッケージについては、不審に感じる点が多く、注意が必要です。利用は慎重に検討した方がよいでしょう。

The property is a old building and not well maintained. The odor in the rooms is disgusted -cigarette smoke- the breakfast is not for western tourists. The food wasn’t well appetizing.

A varanda com vista para a montanha é um ponto excelente, a decoração do saguão é bem interessante. Apenas nos quartos de frente para a rua, escuta-se um pouco de barulho de trânsito. No geral, boa estadia.

De locatie voor een bezoek aan Tianmen Shan is perfect, fijn dat ze helpen met de tickets. Alleen op de lagere verdiepingen hoor je soms verkeersgeluid van de straat. Verder een goed hotel.

El hotel está justo enfrente de la estación del teleférico del Monte Tianmen, no tuvimos que caminar mucho para subir a la montaña. Desde nuestra habitación de piso alto pudimos ver la silueta de la montaña, fue increíble.

Der Name des Hotels scheint sich geändert zu haben. Man ist etwas unsicher beim checken. Zimmer klein, aber sauber und gutes Frühstück. Koffer konnten aufbewahrt werden, zum besichtigen der Tiamen Mountains und Abreise am späten Nachmittag.

L’emplacement est parfait ! L’hôtel est juste en face du téléphérique de la Montagne Tianmen. On y va à pied en 5 minutes, c’est ultra pratique pour commencer la visite sans perdre de temps.

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. De locatie is perfect – vlakbij het station en toch rustig. De kamer was schoon, comfortabel en praktisch ingericht. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, zonder opdringerig te zijn. Alles verliep soepel, van de check-in tot de tips voor lokale bezienswaardigheden. Een eerlijke, goede ervaring voor een reële prijs. Zeker een aanrader als je een betrouwbaar en prettig hotel zoekt!
