The owner was lovely! He booked taxis for me and helped me plan out my days in the scenic areas. The room was great and a cool vibe, and the location great for visiting Wulingyuan scenic area. Would recommend for solo travellers!

Clean. Very helpful staff. Good internet and hot water. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Central location near services including restaurant choices. Was difficult to locate hotel as name in Hotels.com does not fully match hotel name and clear address. Taxi driver and hotel owners helped us locate hotel. Please work out with hotel to help hotel and hotels.com users.

Noe Hotel

This is a small and clean hotel with very friendly personnel, and there was not much to complain about, except for a few things; 1. There was only sufficient AC on one side of our rectangular room, which matters on hot summer days/nights. 2. The door to the shower cassette was missing which, made it easy to spray on the bathroom floor.

James, the host, is incredibly kind and friendly. He helped me a great deal during my trip. I enjoyed free tea and coffee provided by him. He dropped me off at the east gate, purchased scenic tickets for me, and planned out my whole itinerary. Thanks to him, my trip to Zhangjiajie was extremely relaxing. We also got fantastic weather during our stay, which made the whole experience wonderful. I had an amazing time here!
