Spacious room liked the large shower with plenty of water pressure. We liked the multi use shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Would have liked bottle of lotion. The patio/balcony was wonderful however the patio door needs to be updated we couldn’t close it completely

The room we very clean. The reception staff were not very friendly or helpful. The one thing that stood out most was the staff, excluding reception staff. Qualton Club Ixtapa - All Inclusive
Definitely would recommend paying extra for the beachfront property bc if not you run the chance of being far! Everyone was so nice that worked their and food was good! Breakfast was my least favorite! Our rooms shower did run on the cold side but overall would stay again
