Schöne Wohnung, gute Lage,

Schöne, modern eingerichtete Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Nah zum Strand und ins Örtchen. Die Betten waren sowas von bequem! Wir haben die 10 Tage dort sehr genossen. Den Wellnessbereich haben wir nicht genutzt. Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt dort würde ich mir jedoch ein scharfes Küchenmesser mitnehmen, und vielleicht einen guten Kochtopf oder eine gute Pfanne. Pfannen sind in FeWos ja leider oft ein Problem, da manche Feriengäste die Beschichtung nicht gut behandeln. Ja, und Handseife, Toilettenpapier und einen Fön nicht vergessen, einzupacken!

Tolle Lage, tolles Haus

Die Wohnung ist ausreichend für zwei Personen und durch den Wellnessbereich auch sehr schön für die kalte Jahreszeit. Es sind nur wenige Schritte bis zur Seebrücke und den Strand. Auch Geschäfte und Cafés sind fußläufig erreichbar. Kleine Mängel wurden dem Vermieter mitgeteilt.

Der Aufenthalt war gut. Schade war, dass wir den Wellness - Bereich überhaupt nicht nutzen könnten. Der Vermieter hat uns zwar im Vorfeld darüber informiert, dass es im Haus Bauarbeiten geben wird, wir sie aber kaum merken würden. Das stimmte zwar, das wir den Wellness - Bereich überhaupt nicht nutzen können, davon war keine Rede. Der Vermieter hat uns auch kein Angebot gemacht z.B. die Reinigungsgebühr zu erlassen um einen gewissen Ausgleich zu haben. Das fand ich schon enttäuschend.

Aufgrund der vielen guten Bewertungen und des Wellness-Bereichs habe ich mich für diese Unterkunft entschieden. Doch leider wünschte ich mir, ich hätte eine andere gebucht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht und die Angaben online sind irreführend. Laut Beschreibung sollte man nichts mitbringen müssen. Wir haben uns darauf verlassen und fanden dann in der Wohnung nichts vor. Ich habe bei der Stelle angerufen, wo wir die Schlüssel abgeholt haben. Zum Glück ging die nette Dame direkt ans Telefon und daraufhin haben wir erst Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Toilettenpapier und ein Geschirrtuch erhalten, aber leider warte ich bis heute auf den Fön. Am Nachmittag mussten wir feststellen, dass der Wellness-Bereich nur ein paar wenige Stunden am Abend geöffnet hat. Das war jedoch irrelevant, denn es gab keinen Whirlpool und die Tür zum Dampfbad war so ausgehängt, dass man sie nicht öffnen konnte. Außerdem war der Wellness-Bereich eine halbe Baustelle und überhaupt nicht einladend. In der Wohnung wurde an ordentlichem Geschirr gespart; es war eher eine Sammlung von übriggebliebenem Zeug. Die Terrassentür hatte kein Fliegengitter, sodass Lüften und gemütliches Sitzen auf der Couch mit offener Tür in der aktuellen Mückensaison nicht möglich war. Zum Abschluss noch etwas Positives: Die Lage ist wirklich super und der großzügige Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz auch. Ich bin bereits viel gereist, aber so eine Irreführung ist mir noch nie passiert.

Ansprechendes Ambiente

Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Bad ist leider sehr eng und in der Küche hätten wir uns einen Backofen gewünscht. Der Wellnessbereich war wirklich schön und die Lage des Hauses ist super. Prima sind auch die Tiefgarage und der darin integrierte Fahrrad-Abstellraum. Im Vorfeld gab es leider keine Antwort auf eine Email, so dass sich die Beschaffung von Informationen umständlich gestaltete. Aber letztendlich hat alles gut geklappt.

die läge wahr sehr gut Check im alles ok aber die Sauberkeit ging garnicht alles voller Spinnengewebe flecken auf den Fußböden haben erst mal selber sauber gemacht das man sich wohl fühlt bitte mit der Reinigungsmittel kraft ein ernstes Wort reden sonst wahr es ein sehr schöner urlaub . mfg.

Herbsturlaub

Wohnung 7 ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es müssten einige Sachen einfach erneuert werden. Die Sauberkeit lässt sich verbessern, es gibt Unmengen an Spinnenweben. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Sauna ist zu empfehlen. Die Ausstattung der Küche müsste auch einmal erneuert/ergänzt werden.
