"CUIDADO CON Teniabuenas expectativas al escoger este hotel cada año viajo con mi familia a mex , y estábamos emocionados de ir a ese hotel, el primer día una de nuestras habitaciones no tenía luz , la segunda la puerta no cerraba , el siguiente día lo arreglaron en nuestro último día los niños que eran 5 fueron a la alberca al igual que yo y mi esposo fuimos empezamos a notar que los ojos nos ardían y todos empezaron a destornudar al igual que otros niños que estaban ai, fui a comentar al lobby...

"Only giving 4 stars because the room was very hot and adjusting temperature was a bit confusing and didn’t work well for me, it was very hot in my room but other than that I love the hotel nice clean and friendly staffing"
