Overall, the hotel was in good shape however the outlets to charge phones and hair dryers, etc.. We’re not working very loose, even though we brought a converter. We also asked for our complementary Prosecco to be delivered, and it was never delivered or followed upon. I didn’t bother to ask them again. One morning we asked for a taxi cab and one of the staff members pointed outside to us to get our own, the taxi driver we selected ended up giving us counterfeit money as change. All other times staff had called a trusted cab service.
A plus was the connected rooms and the complimentary breakfast. I would not stay here again, but over all it decent if you want to stay close to Trevi and local shops and restaurants.

This is a beautifully appointed, pristine hotel. The food and wait service was excellent, very friendly and attentive. Also appreciated the creative art work and furnishings. This hotel is in a great location, walkable to everything. Highly recommend!

Nice property very close to the airport. Convenite for our early flight. Make sure if you use the shuttle to take the one that said Airport nobody told us that they were two shuttles.
