"Beautiful garden courtyard, street facing room was comfortable and quiet with windows closed, old school character with high ceilings and wood floors in room and comfortable bed. Great retreat after long days walking around the city."
"Worst hotel I’ve stayed in. For $350 do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. They gave us rooms in a different building which belonged to the hotel. It was a disaster. Ugly rooms, poor customer service. "

"Housekeeping was spotty whereas things like replenishing the coffee tray with coffee, tea and sugar refills, and bath and hand towels were always short the quantity needed (2 people). The shower/bathtub was very difficult to climb in and take a shower. No hand bars and the height of the tub made it very hard to get in. Especially difficult for persons with any kind of mobility issues. We were in a suite for 11 nights. Otherwise, all good. "
"So far so good, value for money. But at the weekend, the hotel parking might be full. If you come late night, you might need to find another parking alternative."
"The room was clean and modern with a comfortable bed, and the staff were friendly. My only complaint is that I needed a to-go container to take breakfast with me as I started out early every day to maximize my time in Berlin but all they had were large paper bags so all I got for my paid breakfasts were croissants & coffee. I would only recommend paying for breakfast if you have the time. Other than that, it’s a nice hotel."
"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, within easy walking distance to plenty of restaurants and stores for shopping. My room had an amazing view of the TV tower, which made the experience even better. Everything was comfortable, clean, and convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!"
"Excellent hotel, within 10 minute walk of Berlin HBF, where you can get anywhere you want. Very walkable too throughout the main attractions. Highly recommend "
