"Worst hotel I’ve stayed in. For $350 do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. They gave us rooms in a different building which belonged to the hotel. It was a disaster. Ugly rooms, poor customer service. "
"We loved this authentic and delightful property. Rooms are all different, each accompanied by paintings and vintage and beautiful art and amenities. Flower filled courtyard for coffee in the morning or wine in the evening. Highly recommend."
"Lovely hotel in a great location, close to many public transport options but also not too far a walk from the main sites if you like to get around by foot. Facilities were lovely, bed was really comfortable, and the area itself is nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Berlin. "

"It was truly a beautiful hotel – almost like a luxury hotel.
Perfectly located in Berlin, with short walking distance to everything in the city center.
Plenty to see within a 2 km radius.
Cool, spacious room with a larger-than-usual TV and a bathtub.
Great hotel.
We will definitely come back again."
"Excellent location close to main Train station. Very well maintained, modern premises. Very comfortable beds and bedding first class. Buffet breakfast was excellent, great variety. Meals in the lounge were tasty and service was very good and welcoming "
"Room was clean and bed comfortable. Easy to get to from the central train station, by tram, bus or walking. Most tourist places are walkable although there are good public transport links. Plenty of good restaurants, and cafes nearby. "
"The place is absolutely gorgeous!
Everything we needed.
We can’t recommend the name of the guy at the front desk. He was latin… anyways he was so helpful and nice to us! Great place, great people ❤️

"We enjoyed staying at this property. The location was great for our needs. The hotel is located close to the tram, and the central metro station, which made it easy for us to get anywhere we wanted. The only thing we weren't used to was that we got one free bag of coffee the first morning we were there, but for any additional nights we stayed, we had to pay for our own coffee after that. Whenever we stay at a hotel in North America, we would get a package of coffee each day. This is something we had to get used to, but just thought we would comment as it was new to us
