The hotel has a good location and very well served of transportation. The staff was very kind and helpfull. The breakfast was very good! The only thing I didn’t like was that the room doesn’t have a minibar.

Good property, loved the breakfast spread, one of the best in switzerland, tram station is right at the back of the property. Carlos at the front desk ensured we have everything sorted out and helped with storing our luggage etc.
