This is a great hotel, super clean and pleasant. The staff is very efficient, professional, and polite, always ready to help. It's a very good option for resting and having breakfast after a 10-hour journey with children. Our breakfast was included, and we loved it; it was very varied, healthy, and delicious. They have paid parking, and the tram to the city center stops just one street away. It's a great value for the price! It's about a 12-minute walk from Zurich's main train station. Highly recommended! Thank you!!

Good property, loved the breakfast spread, one of the best in switzerland, tram station is right at the back of the property. Carlos at the front desk ensured we have everything sorted out and helped with storing our luggage etc.

Special shout-out to Carlito (receptionist) who was always helpful with a friendly smile. It was refreshing to see this kind of personality. Almirante (breakfast staff) also provided premiere service. She was super attentive to the guests” needs. She kept the breakfast area clean.

I originally booked a standard room, but was pleasantly upgraded to a spacious family room. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had a window that provided good ventilation. The reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel's location is ideal—close to my workplace and surrounded by several late-night dining options. The Wi-Fi connection was excellent, which made working remotely a breeze. The only downside was the absence of a kettle in the room, which made it difficult to enjoy a morning cup of tea. Otherwise, a great stay overall.

We stayed for two nights in a twin room. On arrival the guy at reception was very friendly and spoke good English . The room was fine and the beds were very comfortable - shower was great . Breakfast was also good with plenty choice of hot/

I enjoy staying at ibis properties. This was a good location, away from the busy old town but easy to access by train, bus, or tram. We found several great wonderful coffee shops nearby as well as bars and restaurants. Go to Cream for coffee and breakfast - a quick walk. 10/10. Ibis has an ajoining hotel with restaurant and bar. BUT...go to Les Halles. Terrific bar and food. Ibis is good value overall.

Does what it says on the tin

A clean place to stay with decent breakfast in the morning. Better priced than many other options for a family in Zurich. Nothing much in location itself for a family but easy access to tram or train links, small coop nearby for snacks etc. There is a kettle near reception to use but would have liked a small kettle and tea/coffee in the room (as Brits we really missed this!).

I stayed here while visiting Zurich. It is in a convenient location near public transportation so going in and out of downtown was easy. The room was pretty standard for an Ibis. The bed was comfy and the general area was quiet.

Pros: The hotel has a very good location, with easy access to both the tram and train station nearby, which makes getting around very convenient. Breakfast was acceptable, though nothing exceptional. Cons: The room was extremely small, to the point that there was no space to put our bag. There was no in-room safe. The air conditioning was locked and could not be adjusted, which was uncomfortable. Noise insulation was very poor, and noise from the room above was clearly audible, especially when chairs were moved, which happened frequently. A simple improvement would be to add protective caps or pads to the legs of chairs to reduce the loud scraping noises, and it is unclear why this has not been addressed yet, as it was mentioned in another review. Additionally, the complimentary water was not replenished by room service and was only provided once per stay, which felt very cheap.
