The room was comfortable and situated in close proximity to the train station, providing convenient access for guests. The hotel offered a mobile application that we used, which proved to be highly practical as it simplified check-in and allowed us to control both the main entrance and room doors.

My stay at Fred Hotel was good , everything went smoothly and I had no issues. I didn’t have much direct contact with the staff, but everything was well organized and comfortable, so there was no need. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

While the location was easily accessible by tram and central to Bellevue and main train station there was no housekeeping throughout my stay and the pillows were so uncomfortable (way too soft) Self check in was not available upon my arrival (after the promised check in time of 4pm)

Very clean and looked nice. The bathroom was small but had a good layout and a great shower. The bed was very hard and not comfortable at all. For that reason we would not stay here again.

Excellent Stay in Zürich

Great hotel to stay at. Pretty much all electronic with the exception of an optional key card that you configure yourself with easy step-by-step instructions. A few light bulbs dead right at the start. Safe did not work as well. Loved the Bluetooth speakers installed into the ceiling.

Good location, clean and quiet

First time at a self check-in hotel, so that was a little bit of an adjustment, but the directions were clear and it all worked fine. We enjoyed our stay. Room was quiet and clean. Hotel is easy to get to from the train station by tram 6 or 10 so you don't have to climb the hill with luggage.

The hotel does not provide daily housekeeping and this wasnt state upfront..you only know it when you check their apps and it says "additional" cleaning cost CHF 30..very very bad handling, imagine staying for 3 nights without any cleaning or housekeeping with all your towels, bedsheet unchange or trash not thrown.

This was perfect for a one night stay near the train station, the cost made it even better given some hotels were extortionate. This is self check in so you aren't greeeted by anyone. The check in process was efficient and easy, my only comment would be that as all the keys are electronically accessed by your phone, I would have preferred an extra manual chain inside the room. Rooms itself was spacious and very clean and comfortable. It is at the top of a hill so walking to the train station has a few steps, there is a ramp but it is steep it was fine for us but something to note. Overall, would stay again if needed and recommend for a cheaper stay.
