Loved this hotel, and I’m pretty particular. The location was amazing. Walk out to the side street with all the restaurants and shopping, tram was right there and train station was an easy walk, grocery store super close. Staff was very friendly, kept our room clean and tidy everyday. Breakfast was simple but nicely done. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The room was dark and quiet enough. However the staff did nothing about people constantly standing directly in front of the door outside. You can’t open it without hitting them and they refuse to move. I almost feel on the stairs trying to squeeze into the six inches of space I was given to enter the building. Also room is obviously designed by a man. No hair conditioner, no lotion, trash on the far side of the bathroom from the toilet( waddle and pray), very hard to wash your hair with only one hand if you have thick or long hair, shower water never got hot (women need hotter water because of temp our body runs), no way to shave your legs unless you are very tall. I’m average height for a woman. The far aside of the bed (women statically sleep farthest from the door) didn’t have a night stand. Only a shelf the size of a dollar and it was buried under wires so you couldn’t even balance a water there. No plug so I guess only the person on the other side of the bed gets to access their phone while charging (important for tourists).

The staff are so friendly and helpful, there’s a nice vibe and the guests are happy also! … in particular I was observing marc the receptionist jolly conversation with an old English gentleman… it was nice… and there’s a chocolate fountain at the door.

Incredibly close to the Zurich HB train station, so getting in from the Zurich airport was so easy. We had our luggage held while we walked through old town and found something to eat. Housekeeping staff was phenomenal and we were able to check in a little earlier and got to grab a couple of hours of sleep before we ventured out again!! We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was friendly. Check-in was easy. The location was great! Ten minute walk from central train station. The room was clean and quirky, like the hotel. The room itself was not well lit and the pillows were flat. Because we were there in December we didn't have to worry about the a/c.but it was still warm
