Staff was friendly and very helpful in answering questions about where to go eat, etc. The one thing to note that the Expedia listing does not make clear is that there is basically no privacy when taking a shower, which can be bad if you are sharing a room with family or friends. Neighborhood is residential but comfortable. I took an Uber ride. It was about $25 US, but it was also raining so it might've been surge pricing ... anyway it's not luxury, but it is neat and tidy and very comfortable"

"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Free bottle of water in your room and they replace it every day they clean your room. The breakfast was amazing! Just a very great place to stay!"

"Good hotel located close to Hardbrucke train station (7-10 minutes walk) which is 10 minutes from airport or city centre. There is a big Co-op nearby which is very convenient. Swimming pool opens until 11pm which allows flexible plans for customer. Overall a good stay and decent choice for travellers in Zurich "
