"Water's Edge is a diamond in Folly with a fulsome breakfast. It's only a few blocks walk to the beach but also hidden on a side street away from traffic. I loved this place, especially my Atlantic room that had a jacuzzi tub and a view from the balcony of marshes. I slept like a baby and was made to feel very welcome by the staff. It's a classic B and B in every way. You can't beat it in Folly."

"Beautiful sunsets over the water from the upper terrace. Lisa provided wonderful breakfasts and happy hour wine and apps. We were also provided with beach chairs and towels for our day at the beach."

"Tides was just what we needed! It was enjoyable watching the surfers from our 4th floor oceanfront room. We liked having dinner available at Pinky's and especially since it was a rainy night. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative I would give is the condition of the bathroom and tub.. It needs to be spruced up and the crack in the tub repaired. I will definitely return in the future!!! Thanks to the very friendly staff!"
