Lovely hotel - great location with a lovely setting along the river. The only slight problem we had is the air con didn’t work very well and on a 36 degree day we could’ve really done with it. Spoke to reception about it but no improvements could be made that’s just how it was. Otherwise lovely stay thank you

To get the shuttle from the airport, contact hotel and make a reservation. Driver was waiting for us after baggage claim and provided door to door service. Location is ideal! 5 min walk to river, market, restaurants, shops. Breakfast was high quality and lots of variety. Room was good too. No complaints. Recommend.

Staff, room, and restaurant were amazing. Great communication. Easy check in. Beautiful/comfortable room. All good was well labeled. They even made me a gluten free breakfast to go. I would highly recommend for people with food allergies.
