As I checked out for the overpriced breakfast, I wanted to use cash for my breakfast. They acted like they’ve never seen cash before, so I had to charge to my room.
Then the on checking out, I wanted to use cash for the breakfast charge….AGAIN, no idea on how to handle cash!!
For Hyatt, this is very disappointing. However, I stayed in a panoramic room on floor 14, and it was gorgeous.

The property and staff are great. The front desk did however give a key to the wrong person which led to someone else trying to come into our room at midnight. After this security then came up later and asked us to give our names etc. the room we were in made a noise every time someone used the elevator.

The room was spacious clean could walk right out and into the pool area bed was soft and comfy.The was great always polite and helpful if we needed anything everytime we walked out asked if we needed water beautiful hotel and perfect spot not far from the anything .

My stay at Novotel was excellent from start to finish. The hotel was incredibly clean, which made the whole experience feel comfortable and refreshing. The location is unbeatable, close to everything you need and convenient for getting around. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were a great size, very comfortable, and priced really well for the value you get. Overall, a wonderful stay and definitely a place I’d return to.

We arrived early at the hotel around 1:30 and was quickly checked in and they gave us our room key i was so happy because other hotel wouldn't allow you to check in early. Thanks to the staff our room was clean and comfortable. We will return.
