I loved that the monorail was at the hotel. I hated that they kept trying to sell us a time share.

Unfortunately, self service machine was unavailable when we arrived, we had to spend almost 3 hours on checking in because the key is renewing on that time, except this all good

My stay here was just ok.

The rooms are great but recommend a high floor due to Fremont St. Staff was courteous with exception of the casino floor on the weekend.

Our toilet was clogged when we got there, only 3 out of 6 elevators were working. The line to go down or up got worse as days went by. Also we were told we would receive a $50 credit for the clogged toilet and we never did.

Amazing, the room was perfect. The hotel was awesome. The pool was great. The staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

First time in Vegas and I would go back to this hotel.

i work for other hotels as a housekeeper, i understand missed hairs in the tub, on the bed and so forth. but i didn’t understand how housekeeping tried knocking on our door at 8 in the morning to service our room. we took our DND for the service upon leaving our room at 9 A.M. housekeeping didn’t go back and service it despite our requests.
