Cuando llegue me asignaron una habitacion equivocada, perdi mucho tiempo tratando de obtener ayuda para que me cambiaran la habitacion, yo ya estaba muy cansada del viaje asi que tenia ya poca paciencia, y en ligar de poder descansar un rato, llegue a pasar un mal momento, ya que me cambiaron la habitacion las cosas mejoraron, pero no recibi ninguna disculpa por el error que cometieron

We had a really lovely stay. The room was beautiful. They gave us a free upgrade and champagne when they found out it was my husband’s birthday. Our first day we realized the shower drain was backed up and they had someone up there to fix it within minutes. Room service is great and fast arriving. Bed was comfortable. And room was spacious. Highly recommend. We will be back.

Vibe is nice, wasn’t overly crazy like some other areas/hotels in Vegas. The main floor is beautiful and lots of “hidden” gems there! They didn’t have the room we booked available, and even though we had VIP access, I would say our “upgrade” was more a side step than a step up. Our room was decent, but there were toenail clippings near the bed which was sort of gross. Overall it’s a nice place. I wouldn’t say I’d never stay here again, but we didn’t really feel like a valued guest from front desk staff and would probably explore other hotels in the future.
