This was such a great hotel in Tokyo. It is so beautifully designed and has so many amenities, that it makes an excellent stay. The rooms are small, but that's normal for Tokyo. The staff is welcoming. Definitely worth returning to.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The view of Odaiba is incredible, the hotel is stunning, clean, great staff. Got offered a very well priced upgrade.

The room was slightly bigger than the other Japan hotels we stayed at. Def still tight though if you have a lot of luggage.
The amenities were good and we liked the bathroom. The spot is very convenient. The view from our room was nice.
We know it’s next to the red light district, but if you are from America it def doesn’t feel like that and the people standing outside have big jackets on. It’s very easy to ignore them. Plus the area has so many restaurants and people around that it kind of jus feels like they are just there.

A wonderful stay in the New Otani. The room was spacious and had all the amenities that I needed in the room.
The hotel is so large and the fact that there a shops and restaurants within the complex made it helpful.
